Audrey and Shaye have known each other for a virtual lifetime. A Uhaul and some cats later, we are a married duo each bringing our skills to work on your irreplaceable moments. 

Not a one of us make it through this physical life without acquiring plenty of ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger’ milestones. I am no different. My upbringing was one plagued by all of the ingredients of what I call Trauma Soup. And while those moments imbued me with thick skin and a skewed sense of humor, it also taught me to find beauty in everything I could. For it is in that beauty where respite can found for the weary soul. Whenever that was in short supply it was up to me to create it. You could say, I started this artistic journey as a child even though I didn’t pick up my first camera until I was about 18. I would be lying if I didn’t tell you that I found an immense amount of comfort behind that lens and as time went on having a camera became my super power. Magic happens throughout moments large and small. Those moments have a very intimate relationship with the lens and I have the privilege of stopping time to encapsulate that moment for you. 

Shaye has had a love for photography for quite some time but finds her zen in the post processing realm while assisting in sessions, events and turning her focus to fine art photography available for purchase through Light Painted Soul. Coming from a post print production arena, she is bringing a meticulous eye for details to your final product.
