Evenings and weekends: your time is our time. Until we need to turn into a pumpkin that is! So let's just say 4-8pm M-F and anytime before 9pm on the weekends. During the week, you can still reach us by text or email, so please do not hesitate to reach out.

Originally from Central Texas and various states in the south, we now call the PNW home, located in the greater Portland area.

With a retainer of 25% or $750, whichever is less, the answer is a resounding yes. The sooner you reserve your date the better.

While cash is king, we know many people no longer walk around with a wad of cash typically. With that in mind, upon booking you will be able to pay your invoice with a credit card directly through the invoice link. You may elect to pay via check, however your date is not secured until the check has cleared. 

We take great care with your images and as a result the below are the anticipated processing time ranges. The exact completion date will rely heavily on how many sessions and events we are working. While extremely rare, you may be notified of an extension if unforeseen circumstances should arise.

Portraits/Sessions

• 3-5 weeks Peak Session
• 1-3 weeks Off Peak Session

Weddings/Elopements/Events

• 4-7 weeks Peak Session
• 3-5 weeks Off Peak Session

Obviously, I would much rather capture your memories so where possible I would love to attempt a reschedule. However, I know life happens. Retainers are non-refundable. Please see below for the sliding scale refund should you need to cancel. The percentages shown below are whatever has been paid above once you deduct the retainer and any fees incurred (i.e. Session location/venue fees, any specialty props or equipment that client and photographer agreed would be required to purchase for event or session). 

For Sessions:

• 100% Cancelled by 45 days or more from date of session
• 75% Cancelled between 31-44 days from date of session
• 50% Cancelled between 16-30 days from date of session
• 25% Cancelled in 15 days or less from date of session

Please allow 10 business days for refund to process.

For Weddings:

In addition to the above criteria, it is important to understand that weddings and elopement packages involve much more planning and possibly you may have utilized part of you package/contract items (session and/or print credit, etc.). Availability for weddings and events fill up fast not to mention, so it may be impossible for the photographer to find a replacement event. Refund will NOT include the retainer.

• 80% Cancelled by 300 days or more from date of wedding/elopement/event
• 50% Cancelled between 200-299 days from date of wedding/elopement/event
• 30% Cancelled between 100-199 days from date of wedding/elopement/event
• 25% Cancelled in 61-99 days from date of wedding/elopement/event
• 0% Cancelled in 60 days or less from the date of wedding/elopement/event

Weddings/Elopements/Events

• We have a standard commute range of 70 a mile radius. Before incurring travel fees. Anything 71-120 miles is subject to the IRS billable mileage rate plus a nominal travel fee.
• This being said, we LOVE destination Weddings/Elopements/Events. If it involves things like airfare, we will handle the booking to ensure our equipment travels safely with us and simply do a 100% pass through. For things like hotel stays, we are open to you covering this if you are receiving a group discount and would like to save a little on the expense. There will be a small daily per diem for each event day and those on either side to account for things such as transportation and meals. These will be tied to the area cost of living.

Portrait sessions

• We have a standard commute range of 35 a mile radius. Before incurring travel fees.
• Anything within the 36-60 mile range is subject to the IRS billable mileage rate.
• Anything between the 61+ mile range is subject to the IRS billable mileage rate plus a nominal travel fee. 
• If we have to stop for more than one restroom break that is knocking on hotel range. Let's brainstorm.
• And just like weddings, elopements and events, sometimes clients just have a must have badass session idea. If you can't live another second without doing a session states away or in another country, let's talk. We are travel size and love adventure.

• 5% off of the combined total when you select 2 packages and/or events
• 10% off of the combined total when you select 3 packages and/or events
